How to Add, Edit and Delete Comment in Presentation 2013

In Kingsoft Presentation, you can insert comments when illustrating something. After adding a comment, there will be a green square shown at the top right corner of the content you have selected. The content will appear automatically when you move mouse over the content.

Add New Comment

If you want to set up a reminder for the content, you can add comments. Select the content to which you want to add comment. In the Review tab, select New Comment comment in presentation. A green dialogue box will appear where you can type in your comment. See below:

Edit Comment

After adding a new comment, you can edit it by the following steps:

Step 1 Select the comment you want to edit.

Step 2 Click Edit Comment comment in presentation in the Review tab. Then you can modify your comment.

Tips: You can also edit the comment by double-clicking the green square or right-click the dialogue box and select Edit Comment. See below:

Delete Comment

If you do not need the comment, you can delete it. Follow the steps below:

Step 1 Select the comment you want to delete.

Step 2 In the Review tab, click Delete and select Delete in the drop-down list. See below:

Tips:

  • 1. You can also select and right-click the comment and then select Delete Current Comment in the menu. See below:

  • 2. You can delete all mark on the current slide or in the presentation. In the Review tab, click Delete. In the drop-down list, select Delete All Mark on the Current Slide or Delete All Mark in this Presentation. See below:

  • 3. You can hide or show your mark by clicking Show/Hide Mark comment in presentation in the Review tab.
  • 4. If you want to alter from one mark to the next or the last mark, click Previous comment in presentationor Next comment in presentation in the Review tab.
