How to Set Encryption for Your Document — Set Password for Your Office Files

Kingsoft Office 2013 offers an encryption function to ensure security; nobody can access your files without the password. The steps to set encryption are as follows:

Step 1: Using the Application menu in the top left corner, find File information and click Encryption to open the dialog box.

Step 2: Enter your password in the Document Password box and Confirm password box.

Step 3: In the File sharing option for this document group, enter a password for shared document.

Step 4: Click the Advanced button, choose the types of encryption in the opened Encryption Types.

Step 5: Click OK to complete.
