How to Create a Resume in Kingsoft Writer

Resumes usually contain lists of working experience and skills learnt in school. It is important to write a great-looking resume when seeking for new jobs in the similar field. Perhaps you've written resume before using word processing tools like Microsoft Word, while if you use free word processor - Kingsoft Writer, you will find it is almost the same.

You can either write a resume from scratch, or using a template. Follow these steps to write a resume from template:

Step 1 Launch Kingsoft Writer 2013.

Step 2 Go to Writer > New > New from Other Templates

Step 3 In the Templates dialog box that pops up, click on Personal tab and select Functional Resume, then press OK.

Step 4 The resume template is open. You will need to enter your personal information, skills and working experience in the text boxes in the resume template.

Create resume from online resume templates

Kingsoft offers free Writer templates that can be downloaded from the template download center.

Step 1 Download resume templates here:

Step 2 Open the resume template using Kingsoft Writer 2013.

Step 3 Fill the template content with your skills and experience, then press Ctrl+S to save it.
